One thing that can chain you up is your own mind. It can lead to a lack of self respect and an uncomfortable feeling in your own skin. An easy way to handle this feeling is to point at your environment while one of the hardest things about it is to make the admission that only you can find the final solution to break this vicious circle. It is ok not to be ok but it is worth the fight to get over it.
